DatWeatherDoe for MAC
Free, open-source weather for your Mac menu bar: current conditions for your location or any coordinates, updated on your schedule.
DatWeatherDoe Overview
DatWeatherDoe is a simple weather app for the Mac menu bar. It shows the current weather right in the menu bar, so a glance tells you what it is like outside. It can find your weather through Location Services, or you can enter a latitude and longitude yourself. You choose how often it refreshes, and it supports dark mode, so it fits into your menu bar in any appearance.
DatWeatherDoe gets its data from WeatherAPI. To use your location, allow it in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services. It is a tiny app, well under 1 MB to download, written in Swift. DatWeatherDoe is made by Inder Dhir and is free and open source under the Apache-2.0 license. Version 5.6.2 needs macOS 13 or later.
